Sellers and Buyers | Brokerage Firm

I am always amazed when my well-meaning Sellers tell the Buyer that they don’t really need to sell. Seller’s think they are setting boundaries and the Buyer looks at the Seller as being disingenuous.  As a Seller, you have hired a broker, listed your business and are now interviewing prospects. By saying you don’t need to sell, the buyer hears that you don’t value your own time, or the Buyer’s (not to mention the Broker’s) and are happy to waste everyone’s time. Real Sellers don’t like time wasters….and neither do focused Buyers.
